Abstract:
To provide bored FRP which can be subjected to boring good in quality by using a conventional cutting tool and a method for producing the bored FRP in order to solve the problems of a conventional boring method.
In the method for producing the bored FRP, at least the periphery of a part to be bored by boring, in turn fom the surface, FRP suitable for boring which is formed from a nonwoven fabric-reinforced resin layer and a resin layer reinforced by oriented reinforcing fibers, when the FRP is bored, a pad is fitted to the lower surface side opposite to a surface contacted with the cutting tool first.
