The fiber-reinforced resin gear is made of a resin reinforced with fiber reinforcement materials, which are made up of reinforced fibers A and B. The reinforced fiber A is a para type aromatic polyamide fiber whose tensile modulus of elasticity is 5 to 50 GPa and whose loss tangent (tanδ) at 25°C is 0.040 or more, while the reinforced fiber B is the para type aromatic polyamide fiber whose tensile modulus of elasticity is 54 GPa or above. The weight ratio of the reinforced fiber A to the reinforced fiber B is 3:97 to 56:44.
