Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a fiber reinforced resin pipe which is light in weight and has a high buckling strength by a method wherein the length of the pipe can be adjusted freely without using a continuous mold.

CONSTITUTION: A fiber reinforced resin pipe comprises a plurality of outer casing base skins 1a consisting of a fiber reinforced resin, a fiber reinforced resin inner casing base skin 2 which is embedded and fixed in the end parts of the outer casing base skins 1a butted to each other so as to integrally connects the outer casing base skins 1a concentrically and mold a continuous base skin pipe 1, a reinforcing material 3 embedded and fixed in the inner casing base skin 2, and a fiber reinforced resin outer skin 4 fitted to the outer peripheral face of the continuous base skin pipe 1.
