PURPOSE: To provide a fiber reinforced structure plate with excellent bending tensile strength, destruction energy and erosion resistance just by combining the small amount of plastic fibers with the similarly small amount of elastomer and adding them.

CONSTITUTION: This fiber reinforced structure plate whose main component is the binder of at least a latent hydraulic property is provided with 0.3-2 wt.% of the plastic fibers in combination with 0.2-5 wt.% of the elastomer added at the time of manufacture as a suspension and the fibers and the elastomer are sufficiently homogeneously distributed in the plate.
