Abstract:
To provide fiber sheet useful as an intermediate reinforcing material for a vinyl chloride resin building material without using a vinyl chloride sol and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: When inorganic fiber paper coated with vinyl chloride sol is used as an intermediate reinforcement material of vinyl chloride resin building material produced by thermocompression bonding with a vinyl chloride resin sheet, the migration of plasticizer which is a component of vinyl chloride sol causes more problems, we develop a fiber sheet coated with inorganic fiber paper with an aqueous synthetic resin emulsion having good adhesion to vinyl chloride resin, and establish a manufacturing method. Further, the binder used for the inorganic fiber paper is a mixture of a resin having hydrophobicity and a resin having hydrophilicity, and the mixing ratio of the resin having hydrophobicity and the resin having hydrophilicity is 50/50 to 20/80 by solid content ratio, which is further useful as an intermediate reinforcing material for vinyl chloride resin-made building materials.SELECTED DRAWING: None
