Abstract:
SOLUTION: A fiber sheet lamination device 1 has a robot 11 for holding and transporting a strip-shaped fiber sheet S on a transportation conveyor 3 and a laser oscillator 12 for irradiating a laser light L to the fiber sheet S held by the robot 11 and heating the same. The robot 11 holds the fiber sheet S on the transportation conveyor 3 and transports the same to a laminate zone A, and laminates the fiber sheet S to a fiber sheet S in a lower side on a tray 6. Then the laser light L is radiated to the fiber sheet S held by the robot 11 and the fiber sheet S is heated and pressed downward. Thereby a part of the fiber sheet S held by the robot 2 is molten and fused to the fiber sheet S in the lower side. The laminating operation is repeated.EFFECT: A fiber sheet laminate 2 for press molding can be effectively manufactured by laminating and temporary adhering many fiber sheets S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
