To provide a fiber sheet enabling the control of the permeation of an oil under prescribed temperature and pressure conditions and provide an oil-application roller causing little bleeding of the oil in storage or waiting, enabling stable application of the oil from the waiting to the operation stage and having long life.
A fluororesin 2 is bonded to the surface of a fiber 1 constituting the fiber sheet 3 to restrict the permeation of a liquid oil. The oil-application roller 8 is provided with an oil-retention layer 10 holding impregnated oil and placed at the outer side of a rotary shaft 9 and a restriction layer 11 covering the outer surface of the oil-retention layer 10 to control the bleeding of the oil. The restriction layer 11 is a fiber sheet holding the fluororesin 2 bonded to the surface of the fiber 1.
