Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber sheet for reinforcement which is used in reinforcement repair of earthquake resistance and durability of structures in civil engineering and construction, has high reinforcement proof strength, lightness and a good resin impregnating ability and is excellent in workability in construction.SOLUTION: A fiber sheet for earthquake-proof reinforcement is woven by using a nonwoven fabric of a basis weight of 10-35 g/m, a high-strength fiber as warp and yarn smaller in fineness than the warp as weft. The fiber sheet for earthquake-proof reinforcement includes a woven knitted product containing a high-strength fiber having a strength of 15 cN/dtex or higher, e.g. an ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene fiber, and the nonwoven fabric is composed of carbon fiber, glass fiber, PBO fiber, a whole aromatic polyester fiber, a polyethylene fiber, a polyacid fiber or a polyester fiber. The yield strength of the fiber sheet for earthquake-proof reinforcement is 30 t/m or higher, and the fiber sheet for earthquake-proof reinforcement is impregnated with a resin.
