Abstract:
To provide a fiber structure which has a quick drying property close to that of synthetic fibers such as polyester-based fibers while maintaining the water absorption property of cellulose-based fibers, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a fiber structure that contains cellulose-based fibers and polyester-based fibers, wherein the content of the cellulose-based fibers is 15 mass% or more and 80 mass% or less with respect to the whole fiber constituting the fiber structure, the fiber structure contains a polyester-based resin containing a polyether component, an amino resin and a quaternary ammonium salt, and the quaternary ammonium salt contains an alkyl group and/or a polyoxyethylene group; and a method for producing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
