This fiber structure has a resin coating film containing a triazine ring-containing polymerizable monomer as a polymerization component, on the surface of a single fiber, contains a fluorine-based, water-repelling, oil-repelling resin, in the coating film, and has the water-repelling degree of the third grade or less. The triazine ring-containing polymerizable monomer is a compound containing a triazine ring and having at least two polymerizable functional groups. An agent having a water-repelling degree of the third grade or less is used at the fluorine-based, water-repelling, oil-repelling agent.
