Abstract:
To provide a fiber structure which exhibits excellent formability and shape retention and gives a favorable feeling of touch.SOLUTION: A fiber structure 1 comprises a three-dimensional structure constituted of an upper layer 2, a lower layer 3 and a connection part 4 connecting the upper layer 2 and the lower layer 3. In the fiber structure 1, at least one of the upper layer 2 and the lower layer 3 is partly or wholly composed of high shrinkage yarn with shrinkage of 20% or higher at 180°C for 15 minutes and at least the other layer has a plurality of openings scattered, an area ratio of the openings per unit area falling within 10-60%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
