Abstract:
To manufacture a fishing line whose raw material is a monofilament fiber, a multifilament fiber or both fibers having improved knot strength, whose raw material is an alloy made of polyoxymethylene resin and polylactic acid resin.SOLUTION: After a polymer alloy obtained by melting and kneading a polyoxymethylene resin, a polylactic acid resin and an internal lubricant, and other additives as needed, is melt-spun to form a fiber, the fiber is drawn 8-20 times its length to form an intended monofilament fiber. A plurality of pieces of the monofilament fiber are twisted to form a multifilament fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: None
