Abstract:

To provide a method and a device for always winding fiber without looseness under specific tensile force regardless of a winding part.

In this fiber winding method for winding the fiber T reaching onto a cylindrical body P in a sash cord shape by passing through a feed eye 4C movable in the shaft direction of the cylindrical body P supported and rotated by a rotary driving body of a winder 4 by applying the prescribed tensile force to the traveling fiber T by a tension roller 3C of a tensile force applying device 3, the tensile force applying device 3 and the winder 4 are connected to a control device 5, and the control device 5 calls out a variation in a distance between a position of the feed eye 4C and a winding introducing position of the fiber calculated from the relationship between a turning angle position of the cylindrical body P and a moving position of the feed eye 4C in one shaft direction from a storage device 5B, and moves the feed eye 4C in the radial direction of the cylindrical body P in response to the variation, and moves the tension roller 3C to a position for setting the tensile force constant.
