Abstract:
To provide a cellulose-containing composition excellent in coating suitability, a method of producing the same and a film.SOLUTION: The cellulose-containing composition is provided which includes a fibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 1000 nm or less and a protein, and in which the protein contains an enzyme, content of the protein is 1×10pts.mass or less based on 1 pts.mass of the fibrous cellulose, and a viscosity is 10 mPa s to 11000 mPa s measured at 25°C under the condition that solid content concentration of the fibrous cellulose is 0.4 mass% and the cellulose-containing composition is rotated at the number of revolutions of 3 rpm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
