Abstract:
PURPOSE: To collect an aerosol with high efficiency despite a constitution with low pressure loss as one constitution of filter by constituting the subject filter of a three-dimensional structural fabric composed of three-component yarns of weft yarns, warp yarns and vertical yarns crossing each other at a right angle.
CONSTITUTION: A fibrous filter consists of a three-dimensional structural fabric with three-component yarns of weft yarns W, warp yarns Y and vertical yarns Z crossing each other at a right angle. As a result, in spite of constitution with low pressure loss as one constitution of filter, a high capacity filter capable of collecting an aerosol having a particle size of 100-0.01μm with high efficiency can be obtained.
