PURPOSE: To obtain a non-woven fabric laminate, which gives an improved comfortability when placed in contact with human skin by a method wherein a bonding region having a plurality of dispersedly formed holes with the span of lightly bonded fibers in a widely spanned bonding pattern, which is formed by bonding the first layer and the second layer of a plurality of fibers, is formed.

CONSTITUTION: A non-woven fabric material 10 includes a first non-woven fabric layer 12 and a second non-woven fabric layer 22. The first layer 2 has an upper surface 14 and a lower surface 16. The second layer 22 has an upper surface 24 and a lower surface 26. A plurality of heat fusion bonding parts in a pattern 18 bonding separated spatially spread trough the thickness of the material 10 so as to thermally fuse or bond the fibers of the first layer 12 and those of the second layer 22 together through the interface between them. The bonding of both the layers is substantially limited to the bonding region 18. At the area 19 of both the layers falling wide of the pattern 18, the fibers of respective layers bond together loosely trough the fusion of the fibers by heat energy. Thus, the regions 18 are separated from or parted spatially one another through the loosely bonded areas 19.
