Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual field securing device capable of securing a visual field continuously across a long period of time, and an endoscope system.SOLUTION: The visual field securing device according to the present invention to be used with it mounted on an endoscope, includes: a long-shaped protective film having translucency; a delivery reel for delivering the protective film; a take-up reel for taking up the protective film; and a sheath part for covering an insertion part of the endoscope. The sheath includes, at a distal end thereof, a guide part for positioning the protective film such that the guide film covers a distal end face of the endoscope. When the take-up reel takes up the protective film, the protective film can move on the distal end face of the endoscope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
