Abstract:
To reduce influence that an outer force applied to an outer lead wire positioned on a valve outer side is applied to a connection part between a lead wire and the other element in a filament lamp production, specifically, in a socket attachment step to achieve a failure occurrence prevention and a long life of a filament lamp.SOLUTION: In a filament lamp in which a filament assembly 2 having a filament 22 and a lead wire 21 supporting the filament is sealed in a valve 1, a region 21S of a prescribed length, containing a boundary of an inner side and an outer side of the valve of the lead wire is shaped in a form of easily bending and reducing application of an outer force to the other elements. For example, a region where a cross-sectional shape of the lead wire is deformed by a crushing process is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
