A guide mechanism 34 is provided near a supply means 20 for continuously supplying a filament 11 and the lateral slip of the filament 11 delivered from a bobbin 10 at the end of the bobbin 10. The guide mechanism 34 is constituted of the filament guide rail 35 installed so as to entend in the axial direction of the bobbin 10 and the filament guide part 36 for guiding the filament 11 delivered from the bobbin 10 and moving on the filament guide rail 35 so as to follow the delivery point of the filament 11. The moving resistance of the filament 11 between the filament guide rail 35 and the filament guide part 36 is made less than the delivery force of the filament 11 delivered from the bobbin 10 but larger than the sliding force of the filament 11 on the bobbin 10.
