Abstract:
To provide a file search system capable of solving problems in a conventional system for searching corresponding documents used in the same transaction as an invoice to check the contents of the invoice; i.e., when there are multiple corresponding documents, the corresponding documents cannot be extracted without excess or deficiency as well as the burden on a user to input search conditions is heavy.SOLUTION: A search query is generated again depending on the number of documents extracted in search processing, and the search processing is repeatedly executed. With this, it is possible to present a series of corresponding documents used in the same transaction as the search original document to the user without excess or deficiency. In addition, by automatically generating search conditions from the scanned image, it is possible to reduce the burden on the user who instructs the search conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
