Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out packaged article distributing operation smoothly by enabling speedy switching operation of a distributing plate, and preventing sticking while reducing a contact area between the packaged article and the distributing plate.
CONSTITUTION: A distributing plate 2 is formed integrally of a sliding-down plate 3 to slide down a packaged article P1 by means of synthetic resin and a partition wall to regulate a carrying-out direction of the packaged article P1, and a chute rail 3a composed of recesses and projections is formed on the obverse of the sliding-down plate 3. When being dropped on the distributing plate 2, the packaged article P1 is distributed to a left distributing port 9a when the distributing plate 2 is inclined rightward, and is distributed to a right distributing port 9b when the distributing plate 2 is inclined leftward. At this time, since the packaged article P1 comes into line contact with the chute rail 3a formed on the surface of the sliding-down plate 3, sticking is not caused, so that the packaged article P1 is guided to either left or right distributing port 9.
