Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing a filler dispersion capable of dispersing a filler in a short time with relatively small energy consumption and without using a dispersing agent and capable of maintaining a stable dispersion state.SOLUTION: A filler dispersion production method of the present invention applies an electric field to a liquid mixture comprising a filler and a dispersion medium to perform electric field treatment. A first electrode 12 provided with a dielectric layer 12b and a second electrode 13 provided with a dielectric layer 13b are disposed apart from each other so that the dielectric layers 12b, 13b face each other. The liquid mixture is exposed in an electric field generated between the first electrode 12 and the second electrode 13 to perform the electric field treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
