Title:
FILLER GROUTING WORK BY H-STEEL DRAWING IN UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6436820
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of construction as well as raise the durability of construction work by a method in which grout is injected into an excavated pit and mixed with the soil of the pit, H-steels are penetrated and then drawn out after the cement hardens, and a filler is injected to form a pressure-sharing layer.

CONSTITUTION: The ground is excavated by a mixing auger machine, grout is injected into the pit and mixed with the soil of the pit to form a sludgy treated soil layer 1. A form part 3 consisting of H-steels 4 coated with a releasing agent and with lower parts having cap 7 is penetrated into the treated soil layer 1. After the soil cement layer 12 of the layer 1 is formed by hardening, the steels 4 are drawn out, during which period a filler is injected through a connecting pipe 11 from a pressure sender 14 into the cap and hardened. The lowering of strength due to thermal conduction and corrosion of the H- steels can thus be prevented to permit it to reuse.
