CONSTITUTION: The chromatography filling agent is constituted with the gel obtained through the polymerization of acrylamide or methacrylamide in aqueous medium under the presence of the cross-linked agent having at least two polymeriabl ethylene radicals and the acrylnitryl. As the cross-linked agent having at least two polymeriable ethylene radicals, methylenebisacrylamide, methylenebismethacrylamide, polymethylene bisacrylamide, polymethylenebismethacrylamide, hexahidro-1, 3, 5, -triacryl-S-triazine, diacrylamidemethylether, dimethacrylamidedimethylether, diacrylamidemethylethyleneurea, and dimethacrylamidemethylethyleneurea can be listed up.
