Abstract:
To provide a powder and granular material filling apparatus and filling method capable of stably filling a container with powder and granular materials without mixing foreign matter into the powder and granular materials nor significantly varying a filling amount.SOLUTION: A filling apparatus fills a container C such as a flexible container with powder and granular materials, preferably with particle sizes of 5-30 μm, discharged from a storage tank 1, while measuring the same. The apparatus comprises: a flexible tube 2 being a flow channel of the powder and granular materials connected to a bottom discharge port of the storage tank 1; a pinch valve 3 for adjusting opening of the flow channel by deforming the tube 2 preferably by an actuator 4; and a measuring part 5 for measuring a filling amount of the powder and granular materials in the container C. The opening is gradually adjusted according to the filling amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
