To provide a roof-type paper container whose unsealability on use is improved without increasing costs.
According to the paper container, a seal area 7 on the top 8 is formed at the container interior side 10 and the container exterior side 11 on a pair of side faces 9a, and at the container interior side 10 on the other opposite pair of side faces 9b. One side face 9c of one of the side faces 9a and the other opposite side faces 9b in contact with one of the side faces 9a form one area 15 (one area 15 on the top 8), which constitutes an easily unsealable content solution spout 16. The other side face 9d of the other of the side faces 9a and the other opposite side faces 9b in contact with the other side face 9d form the other area 17 (the other area 17 on the top 8). In the area 15 (one area 15 on the top 8) as the easily unsealable content solution spout 16, the amount of heat blast applied to the seal area 7 is made less than in the other area 17 to weaken the welding force of a thermoplastic resin, using a heat blast adjuster 18 fitted on the nozzle 5 of a filling apparatus.
