Abstract:
To provide a filling apparatus capable of preferably preventing liquid drip from a filling nozzle in a liquid filling part for filling, into a paper container, filling liquid at a given filling speed.SOLUTION: Between a nozzle valve 40 and a filling nozzle part 20, a vacuum chamber 50 having a double wall structure in which an extendable flexible tube 52 is used as an inner wall and a non-deformable chamber body 51 is used as an outer wall is provided. An inner circumferential surface 51B of the chamber body 51 is formed into a radially outward recessed shape. A vacuum generator 60 is connected to a variable volume space 53 formed by the inner circumferential surface 51B of the chamber body 51 and the flexible tube 52. Also, at an outlet of the filling nozzle part 20, a flexible nozzle 24 is provided in which an opening forms a cross slit part and an inner part is capable of forming a negative pressure state lower than atmospheric pressure in conjunction with the vacuum generator 60. A variable volume space 53 is configured to be in a vacuum state except when the nozzle valve 40 is in an open state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
