Abstract:
To remove clogging of a nozzle discharge face caused by butter particles contained in a filling liquid in a shorter time than a conventional filling device, in which a filling piston slides back and forth inside a filling cylinder to fill the filling liquid into a paper container at a predetermined filling speed.SOLUTION: An inner peripheral face of multiple injection parts 201a for injecting rinse water is formed in a shape combining a square wall 201a2 and a cylindrical wall. A cross-section area of the square wall 201a2 has a size that envelops a nozzle screen holder. A recessed part slope 201a3 whose normal vector is directed to the nozzle discharge face is formed in the square wall 201a2, symmetrical to a virtual center line CL'. The recessed part slope 201a3 is provided with a lateral slit-shaped injection port 201a4. An outer peripheral face of the multiple injection parts 201a is structured so as to be fitted to a hollow box-shaped arm 202b. An arm support part 202c is rotatably mounted on a sensor mount base 205b, and the sensor mount base 205b is fixed on a lateral base part 204Y.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
