To provide filling equipment which fills a liquid mixed with a solid material in a container accurately.
In rotary type filling equipment equipped with a pinch valve 14 having an elastic tube 21, a stop valve 30 which opens and closes the elastic tube 21 by pinching at the upper stream side and a slow down valve 40 which can adjust filling flow volume by pinching the elastic tube 21 at the lower stream side, an electric type slow down valve 43 capable of adjusting filling volume by pinching the elastic tube 21 is provided and a load cell 26 to measure the weight of a filling liquid is provided at a container holding part and a filling controller 51, which can control filling flow volume by operating a slow down valve driving device 43 based on the difference between a measured filling weight detected with the load cell 26 and a standard filling weight during low speed filling when filling flow volume is narrowed with the slow down valve 40, is provided.
