Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantageous technique for stabilizing liquid supply to a filling part.SOLUTION: Filling equipment 1000 comprises: a liquid supply source 110; a filling part 120; a liquid feed channel 130 for connecting the supply source 110 and the filling part 120; and a pump 140 disposed on the liquid feed channel 130, the filling part 120 is used to fill a container 10 with liquid. The filling equipment 1000 further comprises a control part 150 for controlling output of the pump 140 by feed forward control based on control information having correlation to change of a liquid amount required for filling by the filling part 120.
