To provide a tubular body filling method with which the tubular body can be closed without margin, and a filling apparatus.
A filling method includes: an insertion step of inserting exhaust means 35 and sensor means 30 into a tubular body 20 in which one end 20a is connected to a main tube 10 and the side of a closed end 20b is closed; a closed end detection step of detecting the closed end 20b by means of the sensor means 30; an exhaust means separation step of separating the exhaust means 35 from the sensor means 30 and positioning a terminal portion 35b of the exhaust means 35 in the closed end 20b; a sensor retraction step of retracting the sensor means 30 from the tubular body 20; a mold frame installation step of installing a mold frame 50 in a connection part 11 of the main tube 10 and the tubular body 20 and closing an intra-tube space 20s; and a filling step of filling the intra-tube space 20s. A filling apparatus comprises the sensor means 30, the exhaust means 35, removal means 37, the mold frame 50, the filling means 60 and first and second intra-tube work means 40A and 40B.
