To suppress a rise in room temperature in a factory wherein a filling-up machine is arranged, by reducing energy to be consumed.
This filling-up machine comprises a heating part for heating a web-like packing material which is to be delivered by a delivery machine and carried, a preforming part for forming a tubular packing material by deforming the web-like packing material, a filling-up part for infilling contents into the tubular packing material, and a chamber which has an airtight structure and which is equipped with outer walls 51 and 53 for housing the heating part, the preforming part and the filling-up part. The outer walls 51 and 53 have heat-insulated structures. In this case, since the outer walls 51 and 53 have the heat-insulated structures, the temperature of outer peripheral surfaces of the outer walls 51 and 53 can be restrained from becoming higher than that of outside air. An amount of heat radiated from the outer walls 51 and 53 can be reduced, and the energy to be consumed can be reduced by the reduced amount of the heat.
