Abstract:
To provide a film capacitor which can suppress an increase in ESR when a voltage is applied at high temperature for long time.SOLUTION: A film capacitor 10 includes: a dielectric film 13 having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other in a thickness direction; and a metal layer 15 provided on at least the first surface of the dielectric film 13. The dielectric film 13 includes a first resin layer 17 made of a cured product of a first organic material and a second organic material. The first organic material is composed of an organic polymer having a hydroxyl group and a benzene ring in a repeating unit. The second organic material is made of 4,4-dipenylmethane diisocyanate, a 4,4'-dipenylmethane diisocyanate modified body or a mixture thereof. A resin layer 19 having a content of chlorine ions of less than 70 ppm is provided between the metal layer 15 provided on the first surface of the dielectric film 13 and the first resin layer 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
