Paired belt conveyor 12 and 13 are disposed so as to be vertically piled up in a state that the terminal ends of them at one end of the longer direction are made identical in the carrying direction, the lower side conveyor 13 permits rolls of film 1 to be rested over an upper side carrying surface 16 so as to let the rolls of film 1 be carried over to the upper side belt conveyor 12, and when the rolls of film 1 are positioned at the one end side of the lower side belt conveyor 13, the upper side belt conveyor 12 allows the rolls of film 1 to be sucked and held by the lower side carrying surface 17 so as to let them be carried in such a holding state, and concurrently, at the terminal end side of carrying operations, sucking and holding actions for the rolls of film 1 are released.
