Abstract:
To provide a film cartridge capable of performing read/write of data through no contact and capable of attaining an increased memory capacity.
In the film cartridge 10 comprising a long photographic film 20 and a cartridge body 16 with a freely rotatable spool 14 in which the photographic film 20 with one end fixed into the spool 14 is wound and housed, a plurality of IC chips 30 for a non-contact IC card are embedded in the photographic film 20 along the lengthwise direction of the film and antennas 40 for electric power supply to the respective IC chips 30 and for read/write of data are provided.
