Title:
FILM CASSETTE FEEDING MECHANISM FOR ELECTRON MICROSCOPE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02309545
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simplify the mechanism, and reduce a stroke of movement, and eliminate the bad influence of vacuum sealing, and furthermore, make the direction of a film free by carrying a film cassette with rotary movement.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of photographing, a film cassette is placed on a carrying case from a feeding magazine, and an arm 21 is rotated by a driving means around of a rotary shaft 27, drawing a circular orbit, to set the film cassette at the photographing position of a photographing chamber. After finishing the photographing, the arm 21 is returned to the magazine position, drawing the same circular orbit around of the rotary shaft 27, and an opening/closing member is opened to receive the film cassette used for photographing, and the film cassette is fallen to a magazine 13b with tare weight thereof to be housed. The film cassette in the receiving magazine is supported by a supporting plate always pushed to the upper by a spring 17. Since the film cassette is thus moved by rotary movement, a moving distance is small and a turning angle can be selected freely, and therefore, limitation of a fitting position of a camera by the film direction is eliminated.
