PURPOSE: To make a battery smaller in size, by extruding layers of a thermoplastic resin with an excellent peeling property on both sides of a polyolefin resin composition including a carbon filler of 20 weight portion or more and peeling the layers of the thermoplastic resin after they have been cooled.

CONSTITUTION: A conductive resin composition is composed of polypropylene of a polyolefin resin including an additive of carbon black of 20 weight portion or more having an absorption amount of 300ml/(100g) and including ash of 1.0% or less as a carbon filler. Layers of a thermoplastic resin with an excellent peeling property are extruded on both the sides of the conductive resin composition as in intermediate layer for forming a film for a cell collector. With the arrangement, the film for a cell collector is produced which has an excellent chemical resistant property and a small contact resistance, whereby a battery can be made smaller.
