Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film coating agent capable of forming a coating film which is excellent in water resistance and gas barrier properties for a gas and is almost free from the dissolution or delamination from a thermoplastic resin in hot water, and a laminated film which has a coating film from the coating agent and is useful as food packaging materials and the like. SOLUTION: The film coating agent comprises (A) a saponification product of a copolymer of diacetonacrylamide-fatty acid vinyl ester which contains 0.1-15 mol% of diacetonacrylamide units, (B) a hydrazine compound, and (C) an organosilicon compound having a structure given by -Si-X3 (X represents an alkoxy, hydroxyl or chloro group), and the laminated film employs the agent.
