Assuming a carrying speed of a coating film 70 by winding of a winding reel 67 as A and a carrying speed of recording paper as B, the relationship of A<B is established. Thus, a second auxiliary roller 69 hitches on the film base material 70a of the delayed side coating film 70, and the film base material 70a curves and deflects by projecting in the carrying direction of the recording paper P. A separation angle α of the coating resin layer 70b to the film base material 70a is set by a curve of the film base material 70a, and the coating resin layer 70b brought into close contact with the preceding recording paper P peels off by itself from the film base material 70a of the delayed side coating film 70 by the separation angle α.
