Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make film connection with a correct pattern of continuous top and bottom.SOLUTION: A film connecting device 2 of a bag making filling and packaging machine 1 connects a terminal end portion of a preceding film f fed out from a preceding film reel 3 and a terminal end portion of a following film f1 fed out from a subsequent film reel 18. For the preceding film f and the following film f1, registration marks are formed at side edges for each film length of two bags of a triangular pyramidal bag. The preceding film f is fed from the preceding film reel 3 and the terminal end portion of the reel is detected by end detecting means 14. The preceding film f is fed out by a feeding roller 4, and a registration mark at a rear end portion of the preceding film f is detected by a first registration mark sensor 21. After detecting the registration mark at the terminal end portion of the preceding film f by the first registration mark sensor 21, the rear end portion of the preceding film f and a leading end portion of the following film f1 are overlapped and connected by a film connector 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
