To easily secure physical space and to reduce cost by controlling film feeding and magnetic recording by utilizing a film feeding detection part having a perforation detecting sensor.
When the film is fed, the perforation detection part 1 detects perforation and outputs a corresponding perforation detection signal to a control part 2. When a 2nd perforation signal is changed from a low state to a high state, the control part 2 outputs a driving signal to a magnetic recording part 4. The recording part 4 starts magnetic recording on a magnetic disk 40 formed on a film surface. Furthermore, the control part 2 judges 1st change that a 3rd perforation signal is changed from the high state to the low state and outputs a short-cycle control signal to a film feeding part 3. The film feeding part 3 decreases film feeding speed according to the control signal outputted from the control part 2.
