Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film feeding mechanism for an APS camera which is made small in width in its external size by arranging a cartridge and a spool at the rear part of an aperture and where feeding driving parts are arranged together at one spot by making the cartridge adjacent to the spool, so that transmission loss by an idle gear is eliminated, the number of parts is reduced and high efficiency, the reduction of the cost, the suppression of noise and saving space are realized.
SOLUTION: An APS cartridge housing part 1a and the spool 2 are arranged at the rear part of the aperture frame 4. The leading edge of film drawn out from the APS cartridge 1 passes through film rollers 12 and 13, the aperture frame 4 and film rollers 11 and 10 and is taken up to the spool 2. A stroboscope capacitor 6 and a battery 8 are housed in space surrounded by the drawn-out film. The cartridge 1 and the spool 2 are made adjacent, a motor is housed in the shaft of the spool 2 in the case of performing feeding driving by one motor, and a feeding system is driven by one group of transmission system.
