Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a film for high-sensitivity thermal stencil printing raw paper superior in perforation sensitivity and printing resolution
CONSTITUTION: A film for high-sensitivity thermal stencil printing raw paper is a biaxially oriented film of 0.5-6.0μm thickness made of a polyester composition containing 20-80wt.% polybutylene terephthalate. The film has an average longitudinal and crosswise heat shrinkage stress more than 300g/mm2 at a maximum in the range of 60-140°C and a heat shrikage factor of 20% or more after being treated at 100°C for 3min.
