To provide a film holder capable of being fixed certainly to the center hole of a roll-form film.

The film holder includes a grip rod 1 furnished at its inner end with a drum 3 externally in such a way as not rotatable which has a cylindrical shape approximately and is provided with a first pressing part 7, which has resilience and can incline to the inside and outside of the drum, wherein a rotary rod 11 is installed rotatably at the outer end 1a of the grip rod, and a working frame 13 is installed between the grip rod and the drum in such a way as movable in the axial direction of the grip rod. On the working frame, a second pressing part 21 is formed, which has resilience and can incline to the inside and outside of the frame, and when the frame is moved toward the inner end, its second pressing part presses outward the first pressing part of the drum and inclines, and the first pressing part of the drum is restituted to the initial position when the frame is moved toward the outer end in the condition that the second pressing part of the frame is inclined inward.
