Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the film holding and cutting equipment of a wrapping machine which, using a simple mechanism, is easy to operate, is highly efficient, and is also able to accurately and surely perform operation for cutting the roll veil side of the finished end side of a film and for holding the cut bracket side when wrapping work is finished and operation for separating the start end side of the film held when wrapping operation is started.
SOLUTION: The film holding and cutting equipment of a wrapping machine is provided on a machine frame 1 with a roll up member which moves along and toward the tip end side of a cut arm (b) when the cut arm (b) falls and rotates. The contacting part with the cut arm (b) of a film (f), which is wound to contact around the cut arm (b) in a standing posture, is pulled up toward the rotating end side of the cut arm (b) and bound in a string form to face a cut bracket (e) and a knife while the cut arm (b) is in operation for shoveling toward the cut bracket (e).
