Provided are a film prepared by laminating a layer, as the surface layer, comprising a resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. mixed resin comprising 50-99 wt.% propylene resin and 50-1 wt.% ethylene resin and 0.05-5 pts.wt. surfactant on at least either surface of a base layer and a film wherein the average surface roughness (Ra) of the surface of the layer comprising the resin composition is 0.2-1.0 μm, the entire film thickness is 20-200 μm, and the surfactant is a fatty acid monoglyceride and/or a higher alcohol.
