Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a film laminate welded can body excellent in weldability and laminate close adhesiveness at the time of production and also excellent in processability and content resistance aptitude in a post process.

CONSTITUTION: Granular tin with a 50% separation average particle size of 0.3- 2.0μm is formed on the surface of the surface treated steel panel constituting a can body part in a dispersed state in an adhesion amt. per a single surface of 300-800mg/m2 and a coating ratio of 50-50%. A chromate layer is formed on the granular tin layer and the surface not coated with granular tin of the steel panel in an adhesion amt. of 4-30mg/m2 in terms of metal chromium. A protective coating layer has at least a polyester film with a thickness of 5-50μm and the adhesive layer bonding the polyester film to the surface of the surface treated steel panel.
