A film made of a polyester containing an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component as main components and containing a polymer oxygen absorbent in the polyester is laminated on an at least one surface of a metal plate. Then, as the absorbent, a polymer compound having a double bond in a molecular is selected. As an oxygen absorbing catalyst, a transition metal is contained in the film, and the catalyst is selected from Co, Fe, Ni or the like. An ultraviolet sensitizer is contained in the film, and selected from a silica, an alumina or a zeolite.
