To provide a film for laminated packaging which keeps sufficient gas barrier properties and also antistatic properties for preventing static electricity from being generated and further, retains transparency to such a degree as to allow the visual recognition of the contents.

This film for laminated packaging is structured of a supporting film 11, a conducting layer 12 composed mainly of a carbon black and the like with a polymer resin applied as a binder or an indium/tin oxide and the like vapor-deposited on one side of the support film and a gas barrier property- imparting layer 13 on which an inorganic oxide such as silicon, magnesium or aluminum is vapor-deposited, laminated on the opposite side of the conducting layer 12, and further, an antistatic sealant layer 14 laminated on said vapor- deposited layer 13.
