Title:
FILM LAMINATED STEEL PANEL FOR TWO-PIECE CAN EXCELLENT IN PROCESSING ADHESION AND CORROSION RESISTANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3926052
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of adhesion after processing and corrosion resistance of a can body excellent in adhesion and corrosion resistance and receiving severe processing after film lamination to make the can body adaptable to all of contents.
SOLUTION: This laminated steel panel is equipped with a steel panel, the electrolytic chromate treatment layer formed on at least one surface of the steel panel and consisting of a lower layer being a metal chromium layer with a chromium adhesion amt. per a single surface of 30 mg/m2 or more and an upper layer being a hydrated chromium oxide layer with a chromium oxide adhesion amt. per a single surface of 5-30 mg/m2 in terms of chromium, the first resin layer formed on the electrolytic chromate treatment layer and based on a polyester resin and a phenol and/or cresol/resole type phenol resin and the second thermoplasric resin film layer formed on the first resin layer.
